Labs and Important Extras

Ask a Business Consultant Lab
Back by popular demand is the Ask a Business Consultant Lab. Expert TMA Resources’ business consultants will be on hand to help you with all of your TIMSS/Personify questions. This is a great resource for new TIMSS/Personify users and “seasoned” users who need a refresher or have specific questions. How does this work? It’s simple. You spend time with a business consultant and we don’t even think of sending you a $200 bill. Now that’s value!

Product Demo Lab
Want to see a Personify overview? Interested in seeing unique features in Personify e-Business or TCMS? How about a demonstration of Personify Studio or a partner integration? Stop by the Product Demo lab for a variety of demonstrations. The Product Demo lab provides you with a single place to see the wide range of technology options available to you. See first-hand how you can take advantage of Personify to drive revenue and save money. If you have any questions about the lab, please contact Julie Lenox at jlenox@tmaresources.com.

Accounting Lab
Financial professionals, this lab is for you! TIMSS/Personify accounting experts will be available to help you with your financial questions. This lab will be especially beneficial to those who are new to TIMSS/Personify and those who are in the upgrade process. Did we mention there is no additional cost for attending this lab? Normally a session such as this would run $200, but at TAUG it’s free.

If you have questions for the accounting lab that will require us to access your database, please send the connectivity information to Charlene Goldstein at cgoldstein@tmaresources.com. Feel free to register for the accounting lab ahead of time directly with Charlene.

The Developer is In
This informal area is designed for customers to meet with developers from TMA Resources and other organizations. This is a great place for those who could benefit from brainstorming with developers or for anyone who could use assistance with TIMSS/Personify coding and support. Receiving advice during a short conversation at TAUG could save you a lot of time back at the office. Stop by and see if The Developer is In.

Cyber Café
Being in San Juan doesn’t mean you can’t keep in touch with co-workers, family, and friends. Complimentary computer stations will be set up at the Ritz Carlton to help you stay connected.

Weather
The weather may be one of your top reasons for coming to TAUG. The average year-round temperature is 82 degrees in San Juan. Now that’s hard to beat.

Dress
Resort casual is recommended for the TAUG 2009 meeting. Meeting room temperatures may vary, so a light sweater or jacket is recommended. Comfortable shoes are also suggested for evening events.
