Hotel Reservations

The TAUG breakout sessions, general sessions, and most networking events will be held at the Hilton Austin. The hotel is located downtown surrounded by Austin’s famous nightlife, dining, culture, and shopping. The hotel features three restaurants and a coffee shop with free WiFi, a full service UPS Store, a health club and spa which includes; a fitness center, Pool with Poolside Tiki Bar, and various spa services. The Hilton Austin is offering all TAUG participants the extraordinary rate of $189 per night.

Travel Information

Airport Information
TAUG participants who are arriving via plane should fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.  The hotel is located seven miles from the airport, which is an estimated 15 minute drive.

Transportation To and From Airport

Taxis: 
Taxis are available from the airport to the hotel.  The cost to the Hilton from the airport is approximately $25.

Super Shuttle:
There is a super shuttle from the airport to the hotel.  This service offers an economical and environmentally friendly alternative to taking a taxi.  The super shuttle is a shared ride from the airport that costs approximately $13.  Reservations are not required. You can make your reservations if you prefer.  Click here to make reservations online or you can call 800 BLUE VAN (258-3826).  Please note there might be a short wait if you choose this means of transportation.
