Ask a Business Consultant Lab
Sometimes free advice is the best advice. So take advantage of expert TMA Resources’ business consultants who will be on hand to help you with all of your Personify/TIMSS questions. This is a great resource for new Personify/TIMSS users and “seasoned” users who need a refresher or have specific questions. How does this work? It’s simple. You spend time with a business consultant and we don’t even think of sending you a $200 bill. Now that’s value!
Product Demo Lab
Want to see the latest features in Personify? Stop by the Product Demo lab for a variety of demonstrations. The Product Demo lab provides you with a single place to see the wide range of technology options available to you. See first-hand how to take advantage of Personify to create membership experiences that rock. If you have any questions about the lab, please contact Tammy Linskens at tlinskens@tmaresources.com.
Accounting Lab
Take advantage of one-on-one time with TMA Resources accounting professionals. Personify/TIMSS accounting experts will be available to help you with your financial questions. This lab will be especially beneficial to those who are new to Personify/TIMSS and those who are in the migration process. Did we mention there is no additional cost for attending this lab? Normally a session such as this would run $200, but at TAUG it’s free.
If you have questions for the accounting lab that will require us to access your database, please send the connectivity information to Charlene Goldstein at cgoldstein@tmaresources.com. Feel free to register for the accounting lab ahead of time directly with Charlene.
The Developer is In
Grab a cup of coffee and come chat in the developer lounge area. This informal area is designed for customers to meet with developers from TMA Resources and other organizations. This is a great place for those who could benefit from brainstorming with developers or for anyone who could use assistance with Personify coding and support. Receiving advice during a short conversation at TAUG could save you a lot of time back at the office. Stop by and see if The Developer is In.
Creative Lab – Wii Rock Band
Austin calls itself the Live Music Capital of the World. At TAUG you can create your own live music. The Wii Rock Band station gives your left brain a break and lets your right brain rock out! Collaborate with your peers and form a band. All you need is a drummer, a guitarist, and a singer to perform. Experience what it feels like to perform live and let your talent be discovered. You could even win a prize.
PCI Compliance Lab
The rules and regulations surrounding PCI Compliance can be confusing and overwhelming. New to TAUG this year, is a PCI Compliance Lab staffed by experts who can help you get started with your compliance initiative.
Cyber Café
You don’t have to lug around your laptop or type on the mini keys on your smart phone to respond to email or to update your Facebook status. Complimentary computer stations will be set up at the Hilton Austin to help you stay connected.
Weather
Austin boasts that the city has nearly 300 days of sunshine. In April the temperature average is around 70 degrees.
Dress
Business casual is recommended for the TAUG 2010 meeting. Meeting room temperatures may vary, so a light sweater or jacket is recommended. Comfortable shoes are also suggested for evening events.
*To assist in our go green efforts we are encouraging everyone to walk to the Driskill hotel for the opening reception. If you are unable to walk transportation will be provided.
